[post_content] => Mulwaree High School presents Simple, True and Lovely – a modern, meta-theatrical reimagining of Louisa May Alcott's beloved novel Little Women. In this adaptation, Jo March takes centre stage as both a character and a playwright, crafting the story as it unfolds before your eyes.

Exploring themes of family, love, and loss from a fresh perspective, this production honours the heart of the original novel while inviting a new generation to connect with the March sisters in a bold and contemporary way.
The production features a dedicated ensemble of Mulwaree High School's talented performers, who vividly bring to life these memorable characters - characters who are, in the words of Professor Bhaer, "simple, true and lovely".
