Catering in the kitchen is supplied by different community groups in each market.

The biggest Market of the year is the Tarago Christmas Festival and Markets on Saturday 2 December where there will be market stalls, a pizza truck, a gelato truck, a raffle prize donated by Corang Estate. Plus there is free face painting for the kids and kids at heart and a visit from Santa.
