In 1487, a young Yorkist was crowned King of England in Dublin, challenging the new Tudor dynasty.

The Tudors said he was an imposter, Lambert Simnel.  Others say that he was Edward V, one of the “Princes in the Tower”, who briefly reigned before Richard III took the crown.

The Feast of the White Rose has a plausible menu of that time, based on surviving recipes.
