    [post_content] => Carer Gateway/Mission Australia would like the opportunity to give back to those caring for a loved one during carers week by offering a free yoga session for carers in the Goulburn community.

Open to all yoga levels Join us for a Gentle Flow Yoga class that invites you to be cared for. You’ll be guided through a calming sequence, with moments of mindfulness and breathwork woven in to help you reset and recharge.
