    [post_content] => Come along to this seniors health information session and learn about active ageing and more. Attendees will hear about heathy habits which enable individuals to stay active, have more energy, and manage or prevent health issues. Attendees will also learn simple steps to improve strength and balance which increases fitness and can reduce the risk of falling. 

Afternoon tea will be provided.
