    [post_content] => Goulburn Chess Club proudly present the FIDE Rated Tournament in Goulburn open for all ages. This tournament is registered officially on the FIDE website

The Tournament will run as a “Swiss” Tournament, in open selection for all ages including unrated players. There will be 9 rounds and there is no knock-out. This tournament is rapid with 3m + 2s per move from move 1.
