This edition of The Window has been curated by Kirsten Jeffcoat.

Kirsten Jeffcoat is an experienced artist and arts practitioner. She has taught in Australian high schools as well as the Sorbonne University in Paris. She has worked as an Education Officer at the Goulburn Regional Art Gallery, the National Gallery of Australia and as an assistant to two French master lithographers. Her own lithographs are represented in the collection of the National Gallery of Australia.

Jeffcoat's travels have taken her to Africa, America and Europe. She has been an artist-in-residence in the ghost town of Cossack, north-west of Western Australia and in the Wilderness Gallery at Cradle Mountain in Tasmania.

During her seventeen years in Paris, Jeffcoat's exhibitions toured venues including the Australian Embassy in Paris, the Discover Australia Festival in Bonn, Germany and the St James Centre for Creativity in Valetta, Malta.
