Physie is a synchronised\, team-based dance sport that’s social\, fun and an excellent low-impact dance and aerobic activity.. \nGoulburn Physie was established in 2016 and is a community-run club. In 2025 they will be hosting a friendly interclub competition in Goulburn. Clubs will be attending the Goulburn Interclub from across NSW and the ACT with a range of competitors aged from four years to over 60. Ladies and Senior (13 plus) competitions will be held on Saturday and Junior (four to 12 years) competitions will be held on Sunday. \nProudly supported by Goulburn Mulwaree Council.

DESCRIPTION:Run Goulburn Run is a charity fun run hosted by the BDCU Goulburn Hospital Fundraising Committee raising funds to purchase vital equipment for the Goulburn Base Hospital. \nJoin the fun in a range of events for all ages and levels of fitness plus entertainment\, activities and food for purchase at the finish line. \n1.5km short distance to walk or run with the whole family.\n5km Run\, Paws Walk and Wheelchair event. – $100 cash prize money for each the male and female winner\n10km race for serious competitors (75 timed spots available)- with $200 cash prize money for the first female and male \nEntry fee: \n\nFamily $50 (up to 4 kids and 2 adults)\nAdults $25\nPensioners 65+ $15\n0-17 years $15\n\nPrize money awarded for the 5 mile/10km Male and Female winner $200 each and 5km Male and Female winners $100 each with each event timed. \nWith incredible local businesses sponsoring the event\, all entry fees will go toward purchasing vital equipment for the Goulburn Base Hospital.
