[post_content] => Closely related to etching, collagraph plates are built with cardboard, glue and other bits and pieces tearing and sticking in place. The inking process is very similar to etching and the printing technique is the same. It’s a great way to build a complex image and you can make multiple prints, once you have sealed the plate with shellac. We can go in several directions, making coloured versions and experimenting with multi plate prints. Over the term we will develop a small series of prints.

Mondays | 4pm – 5pm | 8 weeks, Starting 10th of Feb (no class 17th Feb).

$180 includes all tuition, materials, and afternoon tea.
