Time: 10:30am - 1:30pm
The Christmas Family Fun Chess Tournament is a great way to enjoy playing chess with family. There will be two players in each team consisting of one child (under 18 years old) and an adult (could be parents, grandparents, siblings, relatives or even friends who are above 18 years old). You will be playing as team of two, that means both of the players points are counted for the winners.
Each tournament will run as “Swiss” Tournament. You will play in all rounds and there is no knock-out. This tournament is open to anyone who can play chess. Each game is between 3-5 minutes which is called a Blitz game or Speed games. Prizes are for first, second & third places.
Come in with your best "Christmas" attire to win the best costume team prize.
