DESCRIPTION:Cystic Fibrosis Goulburn and District is a not for profit local charity and is again hosting their annual 65 Roses Charity Dinner. \nThe night will include a three-course dinner\, an auction and live entertainment from local band Leaving Reality\, with tickets available from Goulburn Workers.  \nCystic Fibrosis is the most common\, life-shortening genetic condition in Australia. A child with CF is born every four days\, and whilst medical research is improving – there is no cure. \nFor 50 years\, dedicated teams of volunteers have been providing financial assistance to local families affected by Cystic Fibrosis to help with ongoing treatment costs and equipment expenses.  \nEfforts of awareness continue to contribute to much-needed medical research to help reach their goal of “Zero Lives Affected By Cystic Fibrosis”.

The extensive range varies but generally includes a selection of soft feather\, hard feather\, standard\, bantam\, waterfowl\, purebred\, rare\, crossbreeds\, guinea fowl\, peafowl\, turkeys\, pheasants and other bird breeds such as quail\, parrots and finches\, plus the sale of equipment such as incubators\, feeders and carry boxes. \nBuyers should bring boxes\, cages or other suitable containers to transport birds home after purchase. Goulburn Poultry Fanciers’ Society support and enforce the RSPCA ban on transporting birds to or from the auction in bags/sacks or tied by the legs. \nEFTPOS facilities available/Canteen available on the day/Stewards are always welcome. No late entries accepted.

Each of these films has left its mark on cinema and continues to captivate audiences today. \nGhostbusters (1984)\nAfter losing their comfortable positions at a New York City university\, a team of scientists (Harold Ramis\, Dan Aykroyd\, Bill Murray) decide to become Ghostbusters\, using high-tech equipment to combat the supernatural for profit. Their adventures lead them to discover a gateway to another dimension that threatens to unleash evil across the city. Now\, the Ghostbusters must race to save New York from total destruction. \nPresented by Southern Tablelands Arts as part of STA Screen 2026.

DESCRIPTION:Steampunk Goulburn is a chance to travel through time\, as it never was. The retro-futuristic fair features vintage games\, penny farthings\, horse and carriage rides\, live music\, circus tent and performances\, roving entertainment\, tea and parasol duels\, sword fighting\, face painting\, hobby horse races and food and Steampunk themed market stalls.  Plus\, a chance to dress up in the imaginative genre that combines Victorian elegance with steam-powered innovation\, and if you are game enter the highlight of the Fair\, the costume parade. \nThe Goulburn Historic Waterworks\, situated on the beautiful Wollondilly River\, hosts the annual Steampunk Goulburn\, seeing an influx of characters complementing the Waterworks’ architecture and aesthetic. The Victorian Georgian-style Pumphouse Museum will be open and steaming all day\, with experienced tour guides on hand to talk with you about the magnificent stationary steam engines\, the 1883 Appleby Beam Engine and the 1866 Hick Hargreaves Horizontal Engine. Both are operated by a wood-fired 1960 Spencer Hopwood Cross tube vertical boiler. The original Galloway boilers\, while still in situ\, are no longer able to be fired. \nCome along to revel in this unique facility\, its history\, and envisage old-world technology put to use in the future at Steampunk Goulburn. \nProudly supported by Goulburn Mulwaree Council. \n*Details will be confirmed closer to the date so please keep a close eye on this listing and socials.
